2. Scope of Services

We provide residential, commercial, local, and intercity packing and moving services, including vehicle transportation, warehousing, and logistics management. The scope of each service is defined in the service agreement or quotation provided to the customer before commencement of the job.

3. Booking and Payment

All service bookings must be made in advance. You agree to provide accurate information about the items to be moved, the pickup and drop-off addresses, and any specific handling requirements.

• We require partial or full advance payment to confirm your booking.
• Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or any other mode agreed upon mutually.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Advanced amount is non refundable if you cancel you booking. Rescheduling requests will be honored subject to availability.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring access to the premises for pickup and delivery.
• Properly securing valuable and personal items. We recommend that jewelry, documents, and other valuables are carried personally by you.
• Providing accurate inventory and notifying us of fragile or special care items in advance.

6. Company Liabilities

We take utmost care in handling your belongings. However, Careful Cart Packers & Movers will not be liable for the following:

• Any loss or damage due to incorrect packing by the client (if self-packed).
• Damage caused due to force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or road blockages.
• Items not listed in the inventory provided during the booking.
• Delay in delivery due to reasons beyond our control such as traffic, weather conditions, or government regulations.

7. Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing transit insurance for all items being moved. While we handle your goods with care, unforeseen incidents can occur during transportation. Insurance coverage must be discussed and opted for before the service begins. We can assist in arranging the insurance policy through a third-party provider, but we are not liable for the insurer’s terms and conditions.

8. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being packed, stored, or transported by Careful Cart Packers & Movers:

• Hazardous materials such as chemicals, explosives, or flammable substances.
• Perishable goods.
• Illegal substances or contraband.
• Pets or live animals.
• Cash, jewelry, or confidential documents (unless agreed in writing).

9. Delays and Force Majeure

Careful Cart Packers & Movers will not be held liable for delays due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, riots, floods, traffic jams, government restrictions, or accidents. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and ensure your belongings are delivered as soon as possible.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be first attempted to be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, the dispute will be subject to arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration will be the city in which our office is located or as mutually agreed upon.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including logos, images, service descriptions, and design elements are the intellectual property of Careful Cart Packers & Movers. Unauthorized use, duplication, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

12. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Post or transmit any harmful, threatening, or defamatory content.
